COLLATED SCREWS
Collated Screws are basically an amount of fasteners placed together on a belt system for ease of use. Collated Screws are usually meant for Drywall Screws when it comes to construction.
Since the amount of Drywall Screws used in a single house is staggering, Collated Screw belts are able to provide the worker a faster and more efficient way to fasten the Drywall Screws. Collated Screws are mainly used with a screw gun. Depending on the different countries, Collated Screws have different types of belt system and aren’t always universal.
Ray Fu Enterprise not only provide the normal Drywall Collated Screws, we also patented the Hex Washer Roofing Collated Screw belts for easy installment on rooftops.
Roofing Collated Screw belts save more time on construction projects. And the Roofing Collated Screw belts do not damage the washer while installation. This keeps the water from penetrating the Roofing Screws. Most Collated Screws are similar but the length of the screws on the Collated Screw belts is different so the customer should consider the thickness of the drywall or roof materials.
