INTERNAL TOOTH LOCK WASHER
Internal Tooth Lock Washers is the smaller brother to External Tooth Lock Washers. They share a similar feature of having tooth but only with Internal Tooth Lock Washers it is on the inner diameter of the washer.
Internal Tooth Lock Washers are used mostly on smaller sized fasteners.
The internal tooth is able to give a better grip strength to the fastener and prevent it from loosening.
Internal Tooth Lock Washers are also used as a component to SEMS Screws.
Mostly the Internal Tooth Lock Washers are made in carbon steel with zinc coating to prevent corrosion.
However, Internal Tooth Lock Washers are also made in stainless steel.
