The Journey From Idea To Product
01. Receiving Drawings/Samples
The customer provides product drawings or physical samples for reference.
02. Manufacturing Assessment
The engineering team reviews feasibility and prepares a quotation based on materials, processes, and volume.
03. Order Placement
Once the quotation is accepted, the customer confirms and places the order.
04. Drawing Design
Detailed technical drawings are created or refined to meet production requirements.
05. Feasibility&Production Review
The factory verifies that the design can be manufactured with available technology and equipment.
06. Customer Confirmation
Final design and specifications are reviewed and approved by the customer.
07. Trial Production
A small batch is produced to test the process, quality, and consistency.
08. Sample Confirmation
The trial samples are sent to the customer for inspection and approval.
09. Mass Production
Full-scale manufacturing begins, followed by packaging and delivery according to the order.
