Manufacturing Process
Explore the Production Process
Ray Fu's screw production is fully integrated and carried out in-house including wire processing, cold forming, heat treatment, packaging, and shipping. This end-to-end control under one roof ensures consistent quality, production efficiency, and reliable lead times. For surface treatments like plating and coating, our supply chain offer a wide range of finishes tailored to your specific performance and appearance needs. To gain a deeper understanding of how we produce your fastening solutions, we invite you to watch our process video or browse the step-by-step overview below.

Step 01:
Raw Material Arrival
The incoming wire rod is delivered to our Chen Nan factory, where it begins its transformation.

Step 02:
Wire Drawing
The wire is reduced to precise diameters through a controlled drawing process to meet specification standards.

Step 03:
Spheroidizing Furnace
The drawn wire undergoes heat treatment to improve its ductility and maintainability – an essential step for further processing.

Step 04:
Surface Treatment
Impurities and scale are removed from the wire surface through a thorough pickling process, ensuring optimal surface quality.

Step 05:
Skin Pass
A light cold rolling step is applied to enhance surface finish and mechanical properties.

Step 06:
Packaging & Delivery
Packaging & Delivery. Each order is carefully inspected, packed, and labeled to meet customer specifications before prompt delivery to destinations worldwide.
