Accredited In-House Laboratory & Shipment Assurance 

 
All of our products are inspected at our in-house laboratory accredited by the Taiwan Accreditation Foundation (TAF) . Quality checks are carried out at multiple stages of production, followed by a final inspection before shipment. This rigorous process ensures that every product leaving our facility is fully compliant with international standards—so our customers can have complete peace of mind while awaiting their deliveries.

01: Raw Material Arrival

Sample Inspection

Steel wire rods are sample and tested for chemical composition, mechanical strength, and surface quality before production begins.
 
2.WireDrawing

02: Wire Drawing

On-site Inspection

Wire is reduced to the required diameter; operators monitor die condition, size tolerance, and surface finish in real time.
3.SpheroidizingAnnealing

03: Spheroidizing Annealing

Full Inspection

 

Heat-treated wire samples are checked for hardness and microstructure to ensure proper softness for cold forming.
 

4. Pickling

04: Pickling

 
Process Chemical Inspection

Acid bath concentration, pH, and temperature are monitored to guarantee clean surfaces and reliable coating adhesion.

On-site Inspection

Light rolling/drawing is inspected on site for smooth finish, uniformity, and accurate wire diameter.

 
6. FinishedWire

Samples of prepared wire are tested for tensile strength, coating adhesion, and dimensional consistency.

07: Heading

On-site Inspection

Formed fastener heads are checked directly on the line for cracks, shape accuracy, and tooling performance.

08: Point Forming

On-site Inspection

Screw points are verified on site for correct angle, length, and symmetry.

9.ScrewThread

09: Threading

On-site Inspection

Threads are inspected in-process for pitch, depth, concentricity, and surface finish.

 


10.Heat Treatment

Heat-treated samples undergo hardness and tensile tests to confirm required strength and toughness.

 

11.Galvanizing
