The wire is produced in-house, starting from raw coil rod and undergoing spheroidizing annealing, wire drawing, pickling, and skin pass. It then goes through quality inspection before being delivered to the screw production plant.
A screw begins its production with wire cutting, followed by cold forging to shape the head using precision-engineered dies.
For more complex shapes, multi-station cold heading systems are used to progressively form the part through a series of sequential dies and punches.
Tip forming involves cold forging or secondary machining to create functional screw ends. Sharp points allow easy penetration into wood, plastic, or thin metal.

A wide range of finishes is available, include zinc plating, black oxide, mechanical galvanizing, and organic coatings.
Washer and nut assembly is an optional process available upon request, added after threading to enhance the performance of load distribution, sealing, and installation efficiency.
Once the screws are completed, the products are carefully packed and prepared for ocean shipment.
